r/netflix – 2013 Account Hacked, ‘Grandfathered’ plan lost forever. Support tells me it’s not possible to change back.
I have been a paying member of Netflix since 2013 and was on a grandfathered package that is 1GBP cheaper than the current package available.
Today my account was accessed by someone from Chile, by the time I recovered my account (just a few hours later) they had changed the package to the most expensive premium plan. I contacted support (online chat) and they told me nothing could be done…
Can anyone recommend another way to get my account back to the old plan?
