90 Day Fiancé: Kenny Clears Up Rumors About Pet Dog Truffles Dying

Fans were worried about Kenneth Niedermeier’s pet chihuahua Truffles passing away after a comment he left on 90 Day Fiancé star Stephanie’s Instagram.

Kenneth Niedermeier from 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way addressed the rumors about his pet chihuahua Truffles’ death on Instagram. During 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 1, Kenny and his 17-year-old pet dog Truffles drove to Mexico from St. Petersburg, Florida, to reunite with Armando Rubio. As little Truffles with her long hair and tongue out rode shotgun with her daddy, she became the unofficial MVP of the 90 Day Fiancé spin-off. Expectedly, Truffles has made a comeback with TOW season 3 as well, along with his new kitten sibling Romero. But Kenny’s comment on Stephanie Davison’s post about her own cat Cooper being dead led fans to also worry about Truffles.

While fans are aware of Kenny and Armando getting married in May this year, it’s the journey to the aisle which is their storyline for 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way 2021. Kenny has admitted to feeling homesick and missing his son Bricen and triplet daughters Taylor, Cassidy, and Madison after almost a year in Mexico. But Kenny has also kept this a secret from Armando as he nurses the guilt of leaving his kids behind due to his own selfishness. Meanwhile, Kenny is a loving father to Hannah, Armando’s daughter from his late ex-wife, and the 90 Day Fiancé couple also share their La Misión home with Truffles and Romero.

On Saturday, Kenny sent his condolences to 90 Day Fiancé season 8 star Stephanie Davison, who’s nearly 20 years old cat passed away recently. Kenny, 57, applauded Stephanie for donating a sizable sum to Jovi Dufren’s mom Gwen Eymard for her Hurricane Ida relief fundraiser. “So so sorry to hear about your sweet Cooper….,” wrote Kenny on Stephanie’s post. But Kenny also added, “my truffles is getting up there and not looking forward to that day..” This seems to have caused confusion amongst fans who thought that Truffles had also passed away; however, Kenny Niedermeier dispelled the speculations by sharing, “truffles is alive and well, truff is doing well,” on his own Instagram.

Kenneth, whose youthful looks 90 Day Fiancé make fans envious, uploaded a selfie of himself laying down on the grass with stylish sunglasses on accompanied by Truffles. “Love of my bestest girl, with Truffles and now with Romero,” wrote Kenny, who also told his followers about how Truffles loves her kitty buddy. Armando and Kenneth showed off their new fur baby Romero on TOW. Romero is the male translation of Rosemary, which is what Kenny, Armando, and Hannah had gone to buy at a nursery when they found the kitten, his mother, and siblings under a pile of trash. Romero has now found a loving home with the best couple of 90 Day Fiancé and Truffles who is hale, hearty, and happy.

Meanwhile, Kenny is also welcoming a new family member this October. Cassidy, who has featured on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way several times, is pregnant and Kenny will be returning to America next month for the baby’s arrival. While this may lead to Kenny’s homesickness disappearing, fans were disappointed to know he won’t be joined by Armando. As Kenny returns to his home in St. Pete, Armando is traveling to his own hometown in San Felipe, where he owns a pet resort and spa where he was working for the last five years with his sister.
